Order confirmation
Once you have successfully completed your on-line purchase Blindsdirect2U will send you an e-mail confirming your order details. These order details shall determine the parameters from which your blind shall be manufactured. Once these details are confirmed by e-mail we we regret that any changes to the order cannot be accepted.
It is very important that you double check the accuracy of your measurements before submitting your order as Blindsdirect2U do not bear any liability for incorrect measurements. Please consult our "How to measure Page" or e-mail us at sales@blindsdirect2U.ie if you have any queries relating to measuring for blinds.
Samples
We shall endeavour to ensure that any sample material provided is as close as possible to the material provided in the manufactured blind. Fabric samples from different production batches can vary slightly. Any immaterial variations in samples shall not entitle you to reject the blind supplied.
Timber Venetian Slats
Timber venetian slats are a natural product and therefore variations in colour arise from blind to blind and between slats in the same blind. If your timber venetian blind order consists of blinds which will hang in close proximity to each other e.g blinds in a bay window, it is advisable to e-mail sales@blindsdirect2U.ie with this information quoting you order confirmation number so that we can make every effort to ensure the blinds are the best match possible.
Warranty
Blindsdirect2U have over 50 years experience in window blind manufacture and only use the best raw materials available in the production process. We are therefore in a position to warranty that all blinds supplied will be free from defects or faulty workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date the blinds are supplied.
Returns
As your blinds are custom made for you we are not in a position to accept returns other than in the event of a warranty claim for damaged or faultly goods. If you are claiming under warranty please e-mail sales@blindsdirect2U.ie to arrange for the return of the blinds. On receipt of the goods the blinds will be inspected and the outcome of our inspection will be communicated to you. In the event that the blind is found to be faulty as a result of defective material or workmanship we will replace the blind free of charge. In the event that the particular fabric in question is discontinued you will be offered the choice of a similar fabric or a full refund.
